We cannot account for every type of ammunition it's not possible. Rifles and Pistols are tested and sold within legal limits - it's is the responsibility of the owner to ensure the ammunition used keeps the weapon within the legal limits. We also offer no compensation for weight times / delays / missed events or for any other reason. We do not perform repairs in house on any VCR Act 2006 product, these are returned to the manufacturer / distributor, we offer no compensation for this action. If the return is a VCR Act 2006 Product and is being returned as not faulty, used and is not able to be restocked as new we will deduct 30% from the refund. We will not send couriers or collect even in the event of product failure. We do not post out any of these products and are strictly in store collection only - thus any returns are in store in person only. If the goods are deemed not faulty will ask the customer to cover the cost of the return postage we have paid for. We do not pay a requested amount to a customer for return postage. Which the customer must be able to print. If the item is reported faulty we cover the return postage cost and supply a returns label. If you are returning a NON Faulty item and or it is unopened or unused we do NOT refund the outgoing postage charge - we have had to pay this as a business and will not accept that loss. This should take no more than 20 days (depending on the method used) Once approved, your refund will be processed. Once your item has been received by us it will be inspected. You must contact us to obtain an RMA number before shipping the item back to us.
It must also be in the original packaging with a proof of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We hope you will be delighted with your purchase, however, if you change your mind, you have 14 calendar days to contact us to arrange the return of the item from the date you receive the goods. We do not accept returns if the product has been purchased to test / try out / experiment / use it for a few days.
